FAQ


My Order

We aim to make the pictures on our site a very faithful representation of the product you will receive. That said, in certain cases, some differences may be visible due to the difference between the light display of the monitor and the way you perceive it on the actual printout.

Please let us know your new address at your earliest convenience at contact@coastsart.com, providing also your order number. You can only change the address if your order is yet to be packed and shipped.


You can order several products at once if they are all to be sent to the same address. If you prefer different addresses, you will have to make individual orders.

Please get in touch immediately. If your order is yet to enter the production phase you can still cancel it.

Please get in touch with us to let us know what you’d like to change. You can only change the contents of the order as long as it has not yet been produced. We may not be able to amend every single order but will aim to do everything in our power to help whenever possible.

You will receive an e-mail notification. Please contact us if you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours.

Please do not place the order again. First, get in touch with us to confirm your contact details.

After shipping, you will receive a link from us to your inbox where you will be able to track the route of your package.

If you have not received information within 5 days from the receipt of the tracking link, please get in touch with us immediately, because the package will only be stored at the depot for 14 days. If you do not collect your package within the due date it may generate additional cost.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

The shipment cost is £7.50, regardless of its value. Free UK delivery on orders above £90.
The shipping cost will be provided in each case during the purchase process.

All printed canvasses and frames are secured with bubble wrap and corner protectors and then placed in a solid cardboard box. Printouts are rolled up and placed in a special tube.

The delivery depends on the order type and normally takes between 3-7 working days from the date of the order. In more complex cases it may take up to 14 working days from the date of order confirmation until delivery. It is the case with most personalised orders.

If the product is damaged on the day of delivery, please report it to contact@coastsart.co.uk. Please take a picture of the delivered product and packaging so that we can establish if the damage happened during production or shipment.

You can only amend the address within 24 hours from placing the order.

We only deliver within the mainland United Kingdom. Delivery to other destinations will be available soon.

Please check the order details on your invoice. If the delivered product does not match the details on the invoice, please get in touch with us.

During these special days, the waiting time for delivery may be extended due to a more intense delivery schedule in festive periods.

We use different courier firms, depending on the type and size of the order.

We do our best to make sure our products are properly secured. We secure the corners with special bumpers, wrap the product in bubble wrap and place it in a solid cardboard box.

You will be informed about the delivery day by the courier company.

The first delivery attempt is always made to the address provided. If you are not present, the courier company will leave you a note with the information where you can collect your package. Please bear in mind that your package is only going to be stored for 14 days, an additional charge may be incurred after this period.

Undelivered items will be returned to us and we will charge you £15. This fee includes shipping, receipt and unpacking of the order. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer this option at the moment.

Sadly, currently we only ship within the UK.

PAYMENT

Yes, we accept Visa and MasterCard.

Not at the moment. This option should be available soon.

This option is only available for our registered commercial clients.

RETURNS

Please get in touch at contact@coastsart.co.uk. When we receive your message, you will be sent a message with instructions and the return label. Very important: please ensure that the return is safely packaged!

If the return is made due to our fault we will not charge anything for it. If the return is down to your decision, we will charge a standard fee based on the shipping price list, and the refund amount will be discounted by the shipping cost.

All necessary details can be found in the Terms at the bottom of the site.

CLAIMS

If the product is damaged on the day of delivery, please get in touch with us at contact@coastsart.co.uk. Please take a picture of the item and the packaging so that we can establish whether the damaged occurred at the production phase or during shipping.

Please check the order details at the invoice. If the delivered item is different from the details on the invoice, please get in touch with us. We will contact you as soon as possible.

REFUNDS

After the receipt of the returned product, we aim to issue refunds as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days.

The refund will be made using the same details as during the initial purchase. There will be no additional charges for refunds. If you had a discount or a special offer, they will be taken into account while processing your refund.
